Our Amenities

Brookwood is nestled on 219 gently rolling acres bordering the peaceful and scenic Dry Creek area in the shadow of the Boise Foothills. Nearly 35 acres are set aside for common areas and amenities.

Community Center

Our clubhouse is available for homeowner use. Included in your usage fee of $50 is a full kitchen, bathrooms, folding tables and chairs, and upholstered furniture, wireless internet, and a smart TV. Community Center availability can be seen on our calendar. Reservations are required and can be made by contacting Leann at brookwoodsub@msn.com.


Community Pool

Located in the heart of Brookwood, the 2000+ square foot pool is one of our most popular amenities for Brookwood residents and their guests.

An access card can be obtained by contacting Leann. Only one card is issued per family for the cost of $10. If you lose your card and require a replacement, that cost is $25.

The pool is open the Friday of Memorial Day weekend through the Labor Day weekend. Based on weather conditions, the pool may remain open but unheated for a few additional weeks in September.

Pool hours are 6 am to 9 am: Adult Swim 9 am to 10 pm: Open to all homeowners

Homeowners will be notified of specific opening and closing dates and times at the beginning and end of each season.

Please review the Brookwood Pool Rules thoroughly with your family and guests  Violation of pool rules will result in the de-activation of your pool access card.

Trespassing at the pool – If you see people in the pool after hours, this is a posted trespassing issue and Ada County police should be contacted at 208-377-6790. The physical address for the pool is 809 E. Brookwood Drive.

Basketball Court

Located on the west side of Brookwood near the Community Center, the basketball court features a full-size court plus two junior height hoops. For reservations contact Leann at brookwoodsub@msn.com.


Ball Fields 

The 2-acre ball field is available for homeowners’ general use and to reserve for sports teams. The maximum number of teams who may book a space at any one time is 3-4 teams, depending on the sport. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis. No tackle football is allowed. Teams must stay on west side of the field to leave an open east side for the general homeowners. Brookwood features five ponds located throughout the subdivision. Our ponds are not stocked, but still some great fishing available for Brookwood residents only. Please note, fishing is CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY.
