Architectural Design Committee

The Architectural Design Committee reviews and approve all homeowner requests for ANY alterations to the exterior of their home.
Decisions made by the ADC are guided by the Architectural Design Guidelines as published with the CC&Rs and any and all amended and updated guidelines. Pool Committee

The Pool Committee is a group of homeowner volunteers who are responsible for the ongoing maintenance and improvements of the Brookwood Community Pool and attached facilities.

Landscaping/Common Area

Members get to be involved in landscaping ideas in the common areas, trees, shrubs, flowers, irrigation, etc.

Welcome Committee

Volunteers get to meet the new homeowners, bring goodies, provide important information regarding irrigation, pool, clubhouse, CC&Rs.

Advisory Committee

Members will bring their professional experience in Finance, Project Management, Contracts, Engineering, Contractors etc. The committee will be used in the capacity to provide expertise on various topics to the Board of Directors when conducting HOA business. This is a great way to contribute to the HOA Board without being on the Board of Directors due to limited availability of time.
